“Harry Potter” by J.K. Rowling

Let’s start with the obvious one. Everybody knows Harry Potter and there’s hardly anyone who hasn’t heard of the highly popular book series. There’s a good reason for that, because these books are the best I’ve ever read and my absolute favourite. J.K. Rowling invites you with her amazing and immersive writing style into the wizarding world, a magical place where it seems like anything is possible. The plot is intricatly developed and skillfully thought out, everything has a purpose and nothing is chosen randomly. You have to read the seven books several times to notice connections and hidden meanings. Visiting Hogwarts never gets old and if you’re searching for a book you won’t ever forget, I highly recommend this book series. It has become a cultural phenomen which shaped a whole generation, and we can all learn a lesson or two from Harry Potter and his friends. So, pick this bad boy up, lose yourself in the wizarding world and enjoy!
